Comxtin dry syrup contains Colistin, a polymyxin antibiotic that acts by killing the bacteria. It is prescribed for prevention and treatment of infectious diarrhoea & dysentery. It is also effective in Pseudomonas (disease causing bacterium) super infection of intestines & bowel sterilization for medical procedures.
Each 5 ml of the reconstituted suspension contains Colistin Sulphate 12.5 mg
