DYCREFLAT Tablets

Dycreflat tablets contain Pancreatin which helps in digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats whereas Dimethicone removes gas from digestive tract. It is used in relieving abdominal tightness due to excess gas, flatulence following air swallowing or in digestive disturbances, flatulence caused by pancreatic insufficiency. It is also used in patients before gastro-intestinal and radiological examination.
