Sitaford-50 M SR is a combination which contains Sitagliptin a dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4) inhibitor and Metformin a biguanide. This combination acts synergistically to offer better diabetic control. It is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Each film coated bilayered tablet contains Sitagliptin 50 mg & Metformin (SR) 500 mg.
