Telvilite-80 AMH tablets contain Telmisartan, an angiotensin Receptor blocker that acts by dilating blood vessels; Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker that acts by reducing the force with which heart pumps blood & Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that acts by removing excessive water from body. This combination is prescribed when single drug or dual drug combination alone in not able to control the BP.
