Propibeat-20 is our brand of Propranolol, a beta blocker that acts by reducing the number of times the heart beats in a minute and thus reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart. Propibeat is used to treat high blood pressure, Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats), shaking (tremors), migraine, angina and is used after a heart attack to improve the chance of survival from cardiovascular complication.
