Cilnep-TM tablet contains Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker that acts by reducing the force with which heart pumps the blood; Telmisartan, an Angiotensin receptor blocker that acts by dilating blood vessels & Metoprolol, a beta blocker that act by reducing the number of times heart beats. It is prescribed for high blood pressure when single or double combination is not able to control the BP.
Each film coated bilayered tablet contains Telmisartan 40 mg, Cilnidipine 10 mg & Metopolol succinate (as extended release) 47.5 mg eq. to Metoprolol Tartrate 50 mg
