Ethicon Surgical Sutures, USP 2-0, Round Body, Ethicon Mersilk

These Ethicon Mersilk sutures are designed for delicate tissue closure and microsurgery procedures. Made with braided Mersilk, a purified silk fiber known for its strength and smooth handling, these sutures glide easily through tissue for precise placement. Coming in a USP size 2-0 with a circle round body configuration, these ultra-fine sutures are suitable for microvascular anastomoses, ophthalmic repairs, and other delicate tissue repairs where minimal scarring is desired. The non-absorbable sutures maintain strength for up to 2 weeks to allow adequate wound healing before naturally fading. Sterilized for single use, these sutures come packaged in a peel-open tray for aseptic presentation at the surgical site.
