Bisotril tablets contain Bisoprolol, a highly selective beta blocker that acts by reducing the rate of heart beat and thus reducing BP. It is prescribed for high blood pressure, heart pain (Angina) & stable chronic heart failure where lower left chamber of heart do not function properly on beating.
